Mission Statement

The mission of Unified Fire Authority EMS Bureau is to maintain and improve a progressive and efficient medical service for the citizens that we care for. Utilizing the skills and abilities of Unified Fire Authority employees to establish and accomplish goals to increase customer service and improve patient care. As well as being active participants with the surrounding services. Maintain a quality assurance program that contains a high standard of care by monitoring skills, providing training, equipment, protocol, coverage and interaction to provide an emergency medical system, which emphasizes customer service.
